ROK Mobile Launches in the UK

New sim only phone and music streaming package to revolutionise the way people consume music and use their mobile phones.
Revolutionary mobile company, ROK Mobile, is launching the first ever phone and music streaming package in the UK.
ROK Mobile is a SIM-only service and will offer UK consumers music streaming, unlimited phone calls, unlimited texts and 4GB of data each month.
A unique functionality of the offering is ROK Mobile’s music streaming service, which allows users to choose from a catalogue of over 20 million songs.
ROK’s music service, along with unlimited calls, texts and 4GB of data will be available to users for a total monthly cost of £24.99.
ROK Mobile is also offering a Test Drive package, consisting of 250 mins, 500 SMS and 500MB data, including 14 days of music service for a one off fee of £9.99.
The service is the first of its kind in the UK to offer a combined mobile package with a 100 percent ad-free premium music service. The mobile service will use the UK’s fastest growing mobile network, Three, as its mobile carrier.
It will give users freedom from long mobile phone contracts by offering its package on a rolling monthly basis.
ROK Mobile’s music streaming app is available exclusively for its customers, and will allow users to search and stream any song, create playlists and download music for listening when no data connection is available.
The music service is being powered by 7digital, a leading global digital music and radio platform. As with ROK Mobile in the US, 7digital’s secure infrastructure will handle all music file management, streaming to end users and rights-holder reporting.
