7digital has announced that Paul Langworthy, the company’s current Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer.

He succeeds John Aalbers, who has stepped down as CEO and Director with immediate effect. Julia Hubbard has also stepped down from her role as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect, but remains with the company as Executive Director. 

Incoming CEO, Paul Langworthy, commented:
