1. What information do we collect about you?

Information on website use and any information we receive from other sources, is generally stored and analysed on an aggregated basis and used by us to monitor and improve the performance of our technology and the design of our website. If you have signed up to receive newsletters or marketing information, we will send information about goods or services we feel may interest you.

Marketing: 7digital may allow you to choose whether to receive mailings from us regarding our services and relevant industry insights that we believe may be of interest to you. Such lists are strictly optional, on an opt-in basis and may be unsubscribed from at any time

On making any request we shall endeavour to respond without delay but, in any case within our statutory timeframe of one month from receipt of your request.

You have the right to choose whether we process your personal data for marketing purposes by third parties. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data ourselves or transfer it to a third party for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing at the outset, and if you change your mind later unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link on the relevant email, or contact us

Rectification of Inaccurate or Incomplete Information:

You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information that concerns you that we have retained or not made anonymous.

Withdrawing Consent and Restriction of Processing:

You agree to cover and repay any loss suffered by 7digital in the event that you breach these Website Terms, and a claim or demand is brought against 7digital, arising out of your use of the Website and/or any content submitted, posted or transmitted through the Website, including without limitation, all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) howsoever suffered or incurred by 7digital in consequence of your breach of these Website Terms.

8 DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Use of the Website is at your own risk.
